Wade + Amanda | Mastronardi Winery, Kingsville Wedding Photographers

You may remember Wade and Amanda from their rustic engagement session at their neighbours’ barn. Since we photographed them last, we’ve been so looking forward to their wedding day (which just happens to be our wedding anniversary)!

We started our day with Amanda at the Rose Cottage in Amherstburg. Every inch of that place is packed with character and charm! It was a dream to photograph. The ceremony and reception took place at the wonderful Mastronardi Winery in Kingsville. As usual the Mastronardi wedding experts took great care of everything! Always a pleasure to work with them.

Wade and Amanda, we could not have picked a better couple to share a wedding anniversary with. Your day brought back so many great memories of our own day. It was really special to be apart of it all. We just know you two will be as happy as we are! All the best are you start this journey as husband and wife.

Blogger & Stylist Amanda Reid of Rose City Style Guide | Vendor Spotlight

We first met Amanda at one our photography workshops at the beginning on 2014. We got chatting, and found out about her amazing blog Rose City Style Guide. Her blog “blends Fashion & Lifestyle on a Budget with just a Sprinkle of Splurge.” This woman has a gift! We’ve seen her styling first hand, and highly recommend her!

In her own words “a stylist is a huge resource to help you highlight both your personal style, while still making your photos last a lifetime. Plus, I think it’s very important for anyone to feel as comfortable as possible during their shoot.” She is talented, creative, resourceful, and extremely hard working. Ryan + Jillian | Amherstburg, Ontario Engagement Photographers

Ryan and Jill are a very happy couple. Over the years they have spent many hours together studying with a Starbucks in hand, traveling and exploring new places, and cheering on the Detroit Tigers. One of their favourite things to do during the hot summer is to grab a tasty ice cream downtown Amherstburg, and take a stroll down the textured streets and beautiful waterfront.

We love how their outfits spoke of their personalities. Jill is outgoing and energetic, while Ryan is quiet and calm. They bring out the best in each other! At the start of the shoot we worked with bright, playful colours, and towards the end we brought in the soft romantic pastels.

Ryan and Jill, you can call us up for and ice cream hangout anytime! We had a great time roaming Amherstburg together. Looking forward to sharing some more memories together at the wedding!

Perry + Diana | Belle Isle Engagement

Perry is a super laid-back and down-to-earth kind of guy and Diana is a fun-loving and adventurous kind of gal. Together they make a well rounded, loving couple, who are always smiling.

Since Diana and Perry wanted to shoot in Detroit for their engagement session, we decided to capture their story on beautiful Belle Isle. There is such a variety of backgrounds to choose from! From the old towering willow trees to the buildings bursting with character, it was a perfect fit for them.

Perry and Diana, the hours flew by when we were together! We had a wonderful time showing you around Belle Isle and searching (desperately) in Detroit and Windsor for restaurants still open for dinner, lol! Thanks so much for taking us out for delicious paninis at Squirrel Cage. You were a joy to photograph. Your personalities, smiles, and genuine love for each other made it so easy! We can’t wait for your upcoming wedding at Ambassador Golf Club.

Maykal + Stacy | Jordan, Ontario | Destination Engagement Photographers

Maykal and Stacy are a happy, stylish, and romantic couple. Together they love reading, shopping and going for walks with their dog Oso. We decided to capture their story in Jordan, Ontario. We felt that the beauty of Balls Falls and the quaint style of Jordan’s Main Street would be a perfect fit for them! You’d never know that the photos in the water below were captured at the very top of a 90ft tall waterfall! It was a breathtaking sight to see!

Maykal and Stacy, we had a great time together! It was great to finally meet you in person and not just chat on Skype! We hope that these photos will hold a special place in your hearts and home for years to come. Can’t wait for the wedding!

Brian + Katie | Windsor, Ontario Engagement Photographers

Brian and Katie are adorable, silly, and loveable. They met while working together at Sun-Brite, Brian’s family business. Although they had seen each other many times at work, a business trip to Toronto changed everything. They finally had a chance to talk outside of work, and they hit it off big time. After an entire weekend of non-stop talking, they went on their first date. They soon realized that life just wasn’t the same when they weren’t together, and the rest is history!

We decided to capture their story at the Strawberry Festival and waterfront in LaSalle. It was a great backdrop to showcase their playful, fun, and romantic relationship. We started off our time together with Brian kicking Katie’s butt at the water-gun game, and finished off with some romantic photos on the dock overlooking the sunset.

Brian and Katie, you’re a perfect fit for each other! We feel so lucky to have met and photographed you. We can only imagine all of the memories we’ll share together very soon at your wedding! See you soon.

Kostya + Karina | Elora, Ontario Engagement Photographers

Kostya and Karina are friendly and cheerful. They enjoy being around water, walking their dog, having picnics, and spending time at their cottage. We felt that the quaint and beautiful town of Elora would be a perfect background to showcase their personalities and interests. They put so much care into choosing just the right props for their session. I loved the pink lemonade, the hug and kiss balloons and picnic basket.

Kostya and Karina, you two somehow made hiking through Elora Gorge with handfuls of props so much fun. Thank you for giving us the chance to photograph this important milestone. So looking forward to celebrating your wedding together in just a few short weeks!
