This year’s winter was all over the place! Not only did we get our usual cold weather, we also had record breaking warm weather in February. February! Inconceivable! It worked out perfectly for Christina and Carl’s engagement photos however, this fluke weather phenomenon; it was just warm enough that we could enjoy the outdoors without having to be too bundled up from top to bottom!

We met up with Christina and Carl in London, Ontario for a romantic outdoor engagement shoot. Our first stop was The University of Western Ontario where we walked around the grounds full of beautiful architecture. Afterwards we headed to Komoka National Park with Christina, Carl, and their playful pups Akita and Cooper and had the best time walking through the forest together at sunset.

Christina and Carl, we’re so honoured you decided to trust us with the important job of taking your engagement photos and we couldn’t be happier to share your wedding day with you very soon! We had blast hanging out with you guys.

“When Carl and I got engaged the first words out of everyone’s mouth were “about time”. We knew right away that we would want a substantial focus towards good photos. Anyone who has met Carl knows he isn’t the type of guy to be super picky about “wedding related details”, and is very easy going when it comes to most things. When we met with Arica and Josh for the first time, Carl had never seen their work. Let me tell you, by the time we left, the first words out of his mouth were “we’re booking them. You know I’m not a photo guy, but holy cow how amazing was their work?!”.
